Our France customer urgently need to purchase a multi-functional vegetable dryer,according to his requirements for Lpg heating souce and input capacity 300kg per hour,we offer one set of 2m*6m*4layers dryer and finish the production with 20days.And already delivery to him in time to ensure customer production.

Components of vegetable dryer:
The dryer shipped to France customer use LPG as heating source,so the whole dryer equipment includes feeding/discharging conveyor,dryer oven,hot air circulation fan,LPG burner,LPG burner stove and the control cabinet.

Working principle of vegetable dryer:
The belt flow-through drying equipment uses hot air as the drying medium,and the hot air is sent to the dryer through the induced draft fan to dry the materials.The processed materials are transported by multi-layer stainless steel mesh belt.In the dryer,after multi-layer circulation turnover,the hot air passes through the mesh belt and the material layer from bottom to top,drying layer by layer, and finally achieve the purpose of drying.According to the different moisture of the material,the air volume of the induced draft fan,the running speed of he mesh belt,and the temperature in the dryer can be adjusted through the electronic control system to ensure the best drying effect and maximize the efficiency.
