Production description
The air dryer uses a large air volume and low noise fan to dry naturally. The air dryer is designed to be turned over and conveyed multiple times, and has a reverse and reverse air device to prevent dead ends of drying, and the drying effect of the air dryer is good. This machine is suitable for deoiling of food after drying.
By turning over and draining oil several times, and blowing with high-pressure and strong cold air on the upper part, the surface of the material can be completely dried by oil droplets
1. Drying at room temperature: The drying air is at room temperature, which can effectively protect the color and quality of the material itself.
2. Adjustable speed conveying motor: The air dryer adopts an adjustable conveying motor, and different conveying speeds are set according to the requirements of the product.
3. Automatic flip: During the drying process, the product is flipped automatically 4 times, and the drying effect is better.
4. Made of stainless steel: A stainless steel cover is added above the equipment to prevent the product from being blown out due to large air volume.
5. Independent control cabinet: The control cabinet implements partition control of the fan, and the fans in each zone are independently controlled by key switches. Equipped with emergency stop switch.
